[Users] visibility of submitted articles

Io credo che l'amministratore dovrebbe avere la facolta' di decidere
se permettere o meno, agli utenti registrati alla rivista, di vedere
i contributi inseriti e non ancora valutati ( cosa ora permessa solo
ai membri del comitato scientifico ).
Pero' trattandosi di articoli personali, anche se ancora anonimi, per
garantire un certo livello di privacy, ogni persona che inserisce un
articolo, se l'amministratore ha abilitato l'opzione che permette agli
utenti registrati di vedere i contributi non ancora valutati, deve poter
scegliere se rendere visibile o meno il suo articolo a tutti gli utenti
registrati o solo al comitato scientifico che lo deve valutare.
