[Users] Much more then 10 minutes to subscribe

Hi Alessandro,
There's an error in the message given to the users. The deletion time is 
currently set at approx 4 hours. However it can be modified.
Edit classes/class.Utils.php at line 640 (method deleteOldTmpUsers).
It currently is:
$oldest = $now-16000;
where 16000 is the number of seconds after which a registration request is 
deleted. Just set this number as you like.
