Hi,

the table you are looking for is the 'committee' table. In there are the 
permissions assigned to each user group.
The installation process should have filled the first row (the admins' one) 
with the values:
1, 'admin', 63, 511, 12, 2, 0, 0, 127, 1

corresponding to the fields:
'id', ' name', ' committeeedit', ' assigntasks', ' evaluate', ' essayedit', 
'publish', ' other', ' configuration', ' home'

These values along with those of the other committees can be found in the 
sql/committee.sql file.

If the problem persists another table to look into, and the relative values, 
is in the sql/action.sql file.

The true type font can be assigned from the admin panel once the previous 
problem is taken care of. The complete option path in the admin panel is 
database & filesytem -> locations.
